Recently the lawyers at McIntyre Law provided a comprehensive look at Oklahoma’s fatality rate for drunk driver caused accidents. This accident is the epitome of why we need to continue to address this problem within our state. As I have blogged many times, I am the proud father of three beautiful girls. The prospect of such a sudden and violent collision occuring while we travel petrifies me. How sad it is that such a young and precious life is ended because someone decided to drink and drive. The choice is never acceptable. As Mr. Opp will most likely find out if proven guilty of drinking and driving, the end result is a murder charge.
