Slick roads are being blamed for a multi car crash involving 35vehicles around 5:50 a.m. this morning. According to newsok.com, the pileup shut down I-44between SW 149 and SW 134.
According to the report
Paramedics took five patients to local hospitals, said Lara O’Leary, Emergency Medical Services Authority spokeswoman. All had minor injuries. Fifteen others refused to go to the hospital.
This accident should serve as a reminder to Oklahomans that even though roads may appear clear after last weeks winter storm, there are still slick spots. Every driver should use extreme caution.
