Fellow injuryboard.com blogger Jeff Rasansky has posted a very insightful article on the Top 10 Worst Insurance Companies in the United States. Mr. Rasansky discusses the American Association for Justice (AAJ) recently published lengthy report detailing America’s ten worst insurance companies.

The list of names on this report reads as a who’s who among insurance companies. We have our perennial leaders such as Allstate and State Farm. Will also have our tax payer funded insurance giant AIG. One thing many of these insurance companies have in common is that they have retained McKinsey Consultants to deliver them staggering profits. According to injuryboard.com blogger Jane Akre’s discussion of this report

the insurance industry has relied on McKinsey Consultants to determine how best to attain and retain profitability, over the last decade the industry has enjoyed annual profits exceeding $30 billion while taking in more than $1 trillion in premiums annually.

In Oklahoma our personal injury attorneys have consistently seen these same insurers continue their masquerade of further harming hurt individuals by their conduct. They lurk in the shadows and simply allege every so called “soft-tissue” injury claimant is lying. This is why you need representation and should not go against these greedy corporate raiders alone if your hurt in a car wreck.
